How can I go about ordering custom candles?

The best way to begin this process is to email us at debbi.osowski@dogood-adventures.com and give a brief summary of your project and thoughts.  Please include the event, what you might be wanting to order, timeframe, etc.  Debbi will then be in contact to let you know about vessel and scent options and well as pricing guidelines.  If a custom scent is requested, please know that this process can take 2-4 weeks depending on scent requests and product availability.

What are the "wet spots" on my candle?

These spots are not wet spots or air bubbles, but the product of the wax not cooling evenly.  The result is the wax pulling away from the side of the container in some spaces while continuing to adhere to the surface on the rest of the candle.  The most important message is this:  these spots will not affect how the candle burns.

We do our best to take precautions to minimize this happening.  Our candles are all hand-poured with care and "do good" love.  We strive for perfection but please reach out if you receive a candle that does not seem to be burning properly.

Why does my candle wick have a "mushroom" on top?

It is important to trim you candle wick to be approximately 1/4" tall before each time you burn it.  This will also prevent the candle to appear as if it is smoking while burning.
