i love making cakes.  And I'm on a quest to refine the art of decorating and get a perfectly smooth side!!!  This cake isn't a great example of that goal, but it was still a wonderful cake.  This recipe came from one of my favorite bakers to follow on instagram @bakingwithblondie.  She has a brand new cookbook called Cake Confidence .  Its AMAZING!!!
